Since 2018 Kandhamal Apex Spices Association (KASAM) is a Farmer Producer Organization uniting over 1,200 turmeric farmers in the Kandhamal district of Odisha. We specialize in the production and marketing of GI-tagged Kandhamal Turmeric, known for its high curcumin content and organic cultivation practices.

Our Mission

To empower small and marginal farmers through collective farming, value addition, and direct market linkages while preserving traditional organic farming practices.
