FPO India Platform - Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

FPO India is a digital directory service that enables:

• Profile creation for FPOs, SHGs, and PACS
• Basic information sharing between registered entities
• Discovery of potential partners in the agricultural ecosystem

2. User Eligibility

• Open to legally registered FPOs, SHGs, and PACS in India
• Authorized representatives must be 18+ years
• Valid organizational documents required for verification

3. Registration Process

• Provide basic organizational details (name, registration number, location)
• Designate authorized representatives with valid contact information
• Self-declaration of operational status
• Email/SMS verification process

• Maintain accurate and current profile information
• Do not share login credentials
• Report suspicious activities immediately

6. Platform Limitations

• We do not verify the authenticity of listed organizations
• No responsibility for transactions between users
• No guarantee of partnership opportunities
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

7. Fees and Payments

• Basic profile creation: Free of charge
• Premium features (if any): Clearly indicated before purchase
• All payments processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways

8. Termination

• Users may deactivate profiles anytime
• We may suspend accounts violating these terms
• 30-day notice for significant service changes

9. Dispute Resolution
